Our story History of the wbha

Over the years there has been considerable conjecture about the origins of the Wbha. The Weimaraner Bird Hunters Association was formed solely as a 501 C3 non profit who’s purpose is to promote the Weimaraner field dog and assist the field hunting members of this community in elevating and maintaining the Weimaraner as a High Caliber Bird Dog among the best available on the planet. The breed masters in Germany had dedicated centuries developing and preserving the Weimaraner as a premier hunting dog. Giving the breed the same opportunity here in the US seemed like a fitting tribute to such a noble breed.
